Nonsuch entrance papers, composition and catchment
Nonsuch uses SET followed by the joint NWSSEE with Wallington Girls. NWSSEE English is composition, not a comprehension paper, and official specimen papers are not provided. Nonsuch’s 2027 policy uses a 5.25km catchment alongside ranked and priority categories; passing the tests does not guarantee a place.

Use the official SET samples for the first stage, then practise planning, writing and revising a complete composition for NWSSEE. The girls’ second-stage guide here includes an original prompt and a parent review checklist. Neither is an official paper or marking scheme.
Read the category, not just the radius

The policy provides 85 ranked places irrespective of address and up to 125 catchment places, subject to reductions for specified priority allocations. It also defines Pupil Premium conditions. Do not add those category figures together as if they were separate intakes.
Before making an address decision
- Check the measurement method and permanent-address rules in the full policy.
- Keep evidence deadlines separate from the exam dates.
- Ask the admissions authority about borderline or changing addresses.
- Use the result message and council process, not a commercial predicted cutoff.
