About the Sutton SET

Sutton SET for September 2028 entry

Registration is published for 1 May to 31 July 2027. The SET is expected on 14 September 2027. Final arrangements and second-stage dates still need checking.

One registration covers five fully selective schools and Greenshaw's ability places. Greenshaw has no second stage.

What the test covers

  • The SET is one shared first stage in English and maths.

  • One registration covers five fully selective schools and Greenshaw's ability places.

  • Greenshaw has no second stage. The other schools have shared second stages, with written answers.
